What you'll do
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the Multi-Platform Experience & Navigation team in Financial Domain.
As a Lead Product Manager, your mission will be to work on the unified, multiplatform and scalable Healthcare Operating System to support Doctolib's international growth .
You will be working in a feature team developing the cross-platform experience functionalities that enable healthcare professionals to move seamlessly across our web, desktop app, and mobile app platforms.
Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients . We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the Cross-Platform Experience subdomain to define vision, strategy and bootstrap the team
- Champion a unified user experience so healthcare professionals move effortlessly between devices with consistent, intuitive interactions
- Reimagine navigation systems to create adaptable, fast and frustration-free user journeys across all platforms
- Architect scalable systems and processes for global expansion that meet diverse user bases, languages, and regulatory environments
- Define and standardize workflows for reliable integration with external hardware across all platforms
About our tech environment
Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to the country and healthcare specialty requirements. To address these challenges, we are modularizing our platform run in a distributed architecture through reusable components.

Who you are

- You have at least 8+ years of product management experience, with proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex products
- You have strong strategic thinking skills with experience leading through ambiguity and aligning stakeholders in fast-paced, high-growth settings
- You have experience with multi-platform ecosystems and understand the challenges of creating consistent user experiences across different devices (you love UX, you’re a former designer …)
- You are fluent in English
- You have a global mindset with appreciation for scaling across markets and managing complex integrations
Now it would be fantastic if you:
- You have experience with medical or clinical software environments
- You have knowledge of cross-platform development challenges and solutions
- You have experience working with external hardware integrations
