Your New Role

As the Team Coordinator Strategy & Corporate Affairs (SCA), you will support the SCA Senior Leadership Team to deliver high quality work in the interests of AustralianSuper members, by providing administrative and coordination support.

 

Reporting to and collaborating with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will ensure significant, and Domain wide administrative matters are managed effectively and help to facilitate the smooth running of the large team through digital fluency and the use of AI tools available

 

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative support to Senior Leaders within SCA (direct reports to the Chief Strategy Officer) by using Microsoft 365 applications, including MS Teams, Outlook, CoPilot, and SharePoint.

  • Key responsibilities include but are not limited to, diary management, maintaining office filing systems across the SCA Domain and respective SCA teams, organising and attending meetings, preparing agendas, circulating papers, and capturing actions. 

  • Booking travel both domestic and international.

  • Support financial management through invoice processing, raising purchase orders and assisting with credit card management for Senior Leaders, including monthly reconciliation.

  • Collaborate with the appropriate teams and colleagues to ensure the SCA SharePoint pages and filing systems are maintained accurately and remain current. 

  • Coordination of events and team activities from start to finish. 

  • Support the SCA Executive Assistant with Domain related matters as needed. 

  • Actively contribute towards team culture, engagement opportunities and activities.

  • Promote effective teamwork and knowledge sharing to enhance workflow and adaptability.

  • Ensure appropriate and relevant governance structures, policies and processes are followed, and advocate for continuous improvement by embracing digital tools and contributing to the evolution of best practices.

 

What You’ll Need  

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration, coordination, or executive support roles, with advanced digital skills.

  • Strong organisational abilities, including managing complex schedules, priorities, and confidential matters independently.

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 (i.e. CoPilot and MS Teams) and digital fluency, with proven ability to implement and maintain office systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, initiative, and attention to detail in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a senior leader’s office and coordinate tasks according to priorities

  • Ability to work autonomously
