YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

K+S Brasileira in Sao Paulo (Brazil) is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, starting in November 2025.

The tasks of the function include:

Strategic planning

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional and corporate objectives to drive growth and market penetration.

Team management

  • Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities to ensure high productivity and motivation.

Relationship with distributors

  • Foster strong relationships with distributors and key partners, ensuring alignment on goals, support, and market expansion strategies.

Sales pipeline

  • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead generation to closing, and ensuring consistent progress toward targets.

Regional forecast

  • Prepare accurate regional sales forecasts, analyzing trends and market data to support decision-making and resource allocation.

Planning of the annual regional budget

  • Plan and oversee the annual regional budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial targets.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company.
  • Degree in agronomy.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
  • Strong agrobusiness background.
  • Experience with team management
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
  • English is desirable intermediate level.
  • Mandatory to live in São Paulo State.
