YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
K+S Brasileira in Sao Paulo (Brazil) is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, starting in November 2025.
The tasks of the function include:
Strategic planning
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional and corporate objectives to drive growth and market penetration.
Team management
- Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities to ensure high productivity and motivation.
Relationship with distributors
- Foster strong relationships with distributors and key partners, ensuring alignment on goals, support, and market expansion strategies.
Sales pipeline
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead generation to closing, and ensuring consistent progress toward targets.
Regional forecast
- Prepare accurate regional sales forecasts, analyzing trends and market data to support decision-making and resource allocation.
Planning of the annual regional budget
- Plan and oversee the annual regional budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial targets.
YOUR PROFILE
- Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company.
- Degree in agronomy.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
- Strong agrobusiness background.
- Experience with team management
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
- English is desirable intermediate level.
- Mandatory to live in São Paulo State.
