Position Summary
The individual in this position is responsible for directing and leading the operations function.
Job Duties
- Establish and develop the necessary organizational structure, processes, risk management systems, and controls that are appropriately sized for the office.
- Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to support the ongoing operations of the office.
- Prepare and submit monthly budget projections and forecasts to the Country Head.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Pune office.
- Evaluate the performance and productivity of office staff.
- Administer and enforce ACA office standards of practice, policies, procedures, and workplace culture.
- Build, develop, monitor, and maintain workflows across the office.
- Collaborate with the Country Head to support & implement growth strategies that align with ACA's goals.
- Leverage local networks to identify and pursue business growth opportunities.
- Implement strategies to enhance key operational metrics, such as utilization, productivity, employee retention, recruitment, client turnaround times, and quality of office services.
- Engage with business partners at a strategic level by conceptualizing, agreeing on, and driving initiatives that add value to the business.
- Initiate programs to improve employee engagement, empowerment, career development, and enhance employee experience.
Required Education and Experience
12-15 years of experience from a consulting and operations background
