We are looking for you to support our motivated front office/room service/housekeeping team from the coming winter season 2025/2026!

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and looking after VIP guests
  • Preparing VIP guests' arrivals in coordination with room service
  • Coordinating luggage together with the concierge team
  • Checking VIP hotel guests in and out
  • Performing personal wake-up services in the hotel rooms
  • Assisting guests with packing and unpacking their luggage and laundry
  • Offering shoe shine services
  • Advising guests on current hotel offers and events
  • Receiving and processing guest enquiries
  • Various reception, room service and housekeeping tasks
  • Using the Opera and Micros programmes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Successfully completed specialised training or comparable professional training
  • At least 2 years of experience in a butler function
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a reception, F&B or housekeeping position in the upscale hotel industry
  • Knowledge of OPERA is a prerequisite
  • Knowledge of Micros POS system is an advantage
  • Experience in working with VIP guests
  • Expertise, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness
  • Structured and organised way of working
  • Great interest in team-orientated work
  • Very good knowledge of German and English; further language skills an advantage
