Your Tasks

Are you passionate about data, analytics, and global Supply Chains? Join our global Supply Chain Controlling Team as a Working Student with a focus on Global Procurement Controlling. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to real-world projects that drive strategic decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of procurement performance reports and dashboards
  • Assist in data analysis and cost tracking for global procurement categories
  • Bring analytics on market- and supplier intelligence to life
  • Help maintain and improve controlling tools and templates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on procurement initiatives and savings tracking
  • Participate in monthly reporting and forecasting processes

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s program in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Ideally with first experience or coursework in controlling, procurement, or data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SAP, or similar tools is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a global team
  • Good communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • Proactive and self-organized
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Curious and open to working in a multicultural environment
