Hybrid Health & PE Teacher - Sellersville bei Buxmont Academy

Part-Time Health & Physical Education Teacher Location: Sellersville, PA Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays, 11am-3pm. Additional hours may be available. Compensation: $25/hour

Position Overview Buxmont Academy is seeking a qualified and passionate Part-Time Health & Physical Education Teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. This position serves students in grades 7-12 and offers the opportunity to promote physical well-being, personal growth, and academic success in a supportive, student-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons in health education and physical fitness
• Facilitate inclusive physical activities tailored to diverse skill levels and interests
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive classroom culture
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Health, Physical Education, or a related field
• Pennsylvania teaching certification or eligibility to obtain private teaching certification
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A commitment to student growth, well-being, and positive engagement
