Previous supervisory experience is essential for effective team leadership. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using electronic health record systems and software tools for billing and collections, with a strong analytical mindset to track and interpret aging reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for managing relationships with insurance carriers, clients, and vendors. Candidates should demonstrate a deep understanding of billing rules for complex payers, including Medicaid and private insurance, while showcasing problem-solving abilities to address denials and collection issues.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
