*Must be open to traveling between our Gilbert, Glendale, Central Phoenix, Phoenix Westgate & Surprise clinics as needed.
*Schedule Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm or Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm 

The Opportunity 

Therapy Tree is a pediatric speech, occupational and physical therapy clinic in need of an experienced hard-working Front Office Specialist to join our team (Bilingual is required).

Responsibilities:

  • The Clinical Teaching Assistant may assist qualified, experienced faculty with clinical learning experiences.
  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
  • Assist assigned teacher/therapist in any way possible including but not limited to:
  • Preparing and setting up activities.
  • Implementing portions of the daily class as directed by Lead or Therapist.
  • Assisting in keeping the classroom, storage areas, and bathrooms clean, neat, orderly and sanitized.
  • Attend weekly classroom team meetings (for planning, gathering supplies, sanitizing toys, classroom cleaning, etc.)
  • Attend staff meetings.
  • Translate as needed.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of front office or receptionist experience in a healthcare or pediatric setting-preferred
    ● Proficient in Raintree, Google Suite (Sheets, Docs), and basic use of the Elevate phone
    system.
    ● Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
    ● Comfort with handling complaints and problem-solving in real-time.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
  • Ability to acquire a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Reliable transportation - position requires travel to our Gilbert, Glendale, Central Phoenix, Phoenix Westgate & Surprise clinics as needed.
