OVERALL FUNCTION
- The Digital Associate is responsible for executing the daily tasks associated with running multi-channel digital fundraising programs -- including but not limited to copywriting, production and the quality assurance of content
- Reports to the Digital Fundraising Manager or designated supervisor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learns and executes our holistic approach to digital fundraising in true Mothership style
- Contributes to the day-to-day operations of fundraising programs, Including but not limited to copywriting, production, quality assurance and the scheduling of sends
- Participates in content planning meetings
- Sends copy to clients for approval, communicates basic strategic decisions to clients, answers client questions or directs them to Manager when needed
- Works with the Fundraising Manager to develop programs’ content strategy
- Perform other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Commitment to furthering progressive causes and electing Democratic candidates nationwide
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills
- Is excited to learn new skills and is good at working through problems
- Learns quickly and can independently apply what they learn through hands-on experience
- Experience using ActionKit, NGP, and/or ActBlue preferred, but not required.
- HTML experience preferred, but not required.
- Relevant experience with campaigns, political fundraising or digital preferred, but not required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: This position is a full-time role with benefits. This position pays $52,000. Mothership Strategies offers a highly competitive benefits package that includes health care, dental, and vision coverage; an up 5% 401k company match; annual bonus and biannual salary increase eligibility; observance of federal holidays (exceptions during an election year), paid time off, a healthy living, cell phone, and internet reimbursement, and a continued learning benefit.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Term: Full-time, Exempt. This is a cycle position with an end date of 12/1/2026, following a successful 6 month review period.
