Now, we're searching for our next Field Marketer-a relationship builder, connector, and storyteller ready to spark new partnerships and open doors for families in need across Utah.

Your Mission

As a Field Marketer, you'll be the face of Discovery ABA in the community. You'll share our story, build relationships with providers, and ensure families know how to access services quickly and smoothly.

On a typical day, you might:

• Build strong referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, and behavioral health providers

• Represent Discovery ABA at community events, networking meetings, and site visits

• Share our mission in a way that builds trust and interest

• Manage incoming referrals so families receive care without delay

• Partner with intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless service transitions

• Identify new outreach opportunities to expand our footprint

• Track your activity to show impact and plan future efforts

The Tools You'll Need

• 2+ years' experience in ABA, healthcare outreach, marketing, intake, or operations (preferred)

• Experience in referral-based business development, provider relations, or healthcare sales

• Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or pediatric services (a plus)

• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout Utah (travel costs reimbursed)

• Strong organizational skills, initiative, creativity, and a natural ability to connect with people
