Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site. No relocation is offered.

The Senior Specialist Program/Project Manager for the USSS is a dedicated AT&T POC for USSS. Leads communications efforts, maintains project schedules, and submits deliverables.  Provides the critical personnel on specified projects with consistent support and easy access to AT&T leadership to escalate issues, identify / solve problems and perform additional duties as required by USSS.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • End-to-End Project Management: Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting defined quality standards.
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to guide project execution, status, and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.
  • Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing deliverables, proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues or risks.
  • Resource Management and Reporting: Supporting resource management, data analysis, and reporting processes to enhance team collaboration and project/program management performance.

Required Clearance:

Desired Qualifications:

  • Account/Project Management experience 3 – 5 years with Government telecom background.
  • Broad knowledge in voice and data technology implementation and support.

Our Senior Specialist Program/Project Manager's earn between $69,000 - $149,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
