Qualifications
Candidate will have BSCE plus four (4) years' experience in land development and/or public works design or the equivalent work experience of 8 years.
Experience must include:
- Ability to prepare grading, public improvement plans, water and sewer plans, and drainage and water quality plans from conceptual design to final plans.
- Ability to prepare and process technical studies and site plans to obtain entitlements for Public Works projects
- Preparation of specifications and Engineer’s Estimates
- Must have knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards and procedures, preferably in San Diego County.
- AutoCad/Civil 3D experience required.
- Engineer-in-Training Certificate is required
