The In-Game Experiences (IGX) team drives the strategy and implementation of EA's common social experiences that benefit the entire portfolio of games. These experiences include helping EA's community of players connect to one another and to the games they love to play—across social, commerce, cross-play, and connections to external networks and first parties.In your role as Product Manager II, reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will take ownership of key social features within our central player network—helping players discover, connect with, and play alongside others. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of your features—from concept and requirements to delivery and iteration—collaborating with engineers, designers, analysts, and partner teams to deliver great experiences at scale.This is a high-impact role for a mid-level PM who is excited to work on meaningful player-facing systems, grow their product leadership, and contribute to EA’s vision for connected play.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end delivery of social platform features that grows our gaming network.Define problem spaces, author product requirements, and lead cross-functional teams through design and implementation.Translate team strategy into clear goals and features, and track progress through metrics and milestones.Partner with analytics and UXR to generate player insights and validate your product decisions through experimentation and data.Collaborate with EA game teams to understand social use cases and identify reusable, scalable solutions.Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and QA readiness for your product areas.Communicate feature progress, risks, and results to stakeholders at multiple levels.Qualifications3–5+ years of product management in gaming, social, or consumer tech.Proven track record of driving end-to-end product development partnering with technical and design teams.Comfortable making decisions using both data and qualitative insights.Strong communication and collaboration skills—you’re skilled at driving alignment across teams.Passion for building systems that bring players together and enhance the gaming experience.Nice to HaveExperience with social graphs, friend systems, or other network-driven product areas.Familiarity with A/B testing and behavioral data analysis.Experience building cross-platform or live service features.What You'll GetOwnership of impactful features used across EA’s portfolio.Opportunities to grow toward senior-level scope and strategic leadership.A collaborative and inclusive team culture with strong product mentorship.Visibility and partnership with game teams across multiple EA franchises.Experience communicating product vision and roadmaps to diverse stakeholders.
