Essential Functions of role:

: This is “hands on” production operation role.

• Meeting USDA, HACCP, GMFP, and Company standards, and under the supervision of a foreman the functions of this role are to set up for production and to tear down the department, to maintain the line with a constant work flow.
• Using a Hi-Lo must move product from the line to the cooler
• And other duties as assigned by his-her foreman.

• Must have attention to detail.
• Must know how to drive Hi-Lo
• Must have good vision
• Must be able to understand the English language
• Must be able to work safely
• Must have perfect attendance
• Must be able to and must wear necessary Personal Protective Wear required while performing role:
  • Protective Eye Wear
  • Ear plugs
  • Hard Hat
  • Hair Net
  • Protective Coat (clothing protector)
  • Forearm protection
  • Plastics gloves
  • Cotton gloves

• Must be able to physically perform the essential functions of the role as outlined.  
• Must be able to obtain a Hi-Lo driver license
• Must be able to twist, bend, reach, and stand for 8 hours or the duration of the shift, in a wet cold environment.
• Must be able to lift over 30 to 50 pounds during shift hours.

• Must be able to use all four limbs.
