• This position will be responsible for preparing financial statements for a portfolio of clients

• Complete assigned monthly client financial statements on time and accurately
• Perform cash management activities, including reconciling bank accounts and making funds transfers as needed.
• Assist property managers in answering inquiries from clients

• Associates degree in Accounting 
• Highly detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good grasp of all concepts around accrual based accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in financial statement preparation and account reconciliation​

• Experience with Fund Accounting
• Experience preparing financials for a portfolio of clients

• This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in the accounting field.  With a portfolio of clients, you will be in charge of your clients' financial statements.
• This is a salaried position, with more than 40 hours per week required at times 
• Work will need to be performed at the corporate office at times, with the option to work remotely at other times.  Must be flexible to come to the office for meetings as needed.
