Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including dashboards and KPIs.
• Support month-end close processes with variance analysis and commentary.
Forecasting & Budgeting
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business planning.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align forecasts with strategic goals.
Business Partnering
• Serve as a finance liaison to assigned departments or business units.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational decisions.
• Support cost optimization and revenue growth initiatives.
Data & Systems
• Work with financial systems and tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Focus on continuous improvement
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning software.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
