Our company is currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Director of Housekeeping oversee the Housekeeping Department. Housekeeping Supervisor with experience in a long-term care facility, hospital, or healthcare setting preferred.
Housekeeping Supervisor Key Duties
- Reviews daily staffing to ensure adequate coverage for all areas of responsibility.
- Conduct environmental rounds in areas of responsibility, paying particular attention to restrooms and corridors. Full compliance with standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure needed supplies and equipment are available.
- Operate commercial laundry and cleaning equipment to provide fresh clean linens.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Housekeeping Supervisor Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1-2 years long-term care or healthcare experienced preferred.
- Must have verbal and written communication skills.
