Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary

Essential Job Functions

• Recruits, screens, and interviews applicants for employment
• Coordinates internal job posting and transfer program
• Consults with management to recommend and identify the most qualified applicants
• Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of personnel needs
• Manages the on boarding process including conducting reference checks on potential hires, extending offers to selected candidates and ensuring completion of all new hire checks and paperwork
• Ensures that recruitment and employment activities are in compliance with government regulations and organization policies and procedures
• Develops and posts position postings internally and/or externally as requested
• Assists with the coordination of the new hire orientation

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field and or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience:

• Minimum of two years of experience as a recruiter in a health care organization

Licenses/Certifications:

• N/A

Abilities Required

• Ability to identify actions necessary to complete tasks and obtain results
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in order to deliver desired outcomes within allotted timeframes
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building/coaching skills
• Proven ability to build credible, effective working relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft windows environment
• General knowledge of various employment law and practices
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
