Essential Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail/packages
- Deliver packages weighing up to 25 lbs to resident doors, including locations on the 2nd and 3rd floor with staircase access, during the requested delivery window.
- Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention
- Help to create and promote a friendly and professional office environment by displaying exemplary customer service in all aspects of the position
- Responsible for meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests
- Standard schedule of 8 working hours per day ranging between 9am and 8pm,
- Manage administrative requests from residents
- Answer calls professionally, route calls to appropriate personnel, if necessary, and assist callers with directions, etc
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail/packages
- Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving deliveries
- Entering Work Orders in Property Management System
- Attending afterhours resident events with Apartment Life Team once per month
- Document resident, guest, and employee requests, concerns, and incidents
Requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Must have excellent communication and people skills
- A passion to serve residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Law
- Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
