Hybrid Quality Control-CNC Routing bei Takeform

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control team member to join us, ensuring that all products produced by the CNC routing team meet established quality standards and client specifications. This role works closely with operators, supervisors, and engineering staff to monitor processes, inspect finished work, and drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and safety. 

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products from CNC routing operations to ensure they meet dimensional and visual quality standards.

- Review and interpret technical drawings and work orders to confirm product specifications.

- Utilize measuring tools and equipment to assess product dimensions and tolerances.

- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.

- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

- Implement and monitor quality control procedures and protocols.

- Assist in the development and improvement of quality assurance processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience using measuring instruments, demonstrate strong attention to detail, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively. Previous experience in quality control and/or familiarity with CNC routing processes and machinery is preferred.
