Tuscan Gardens Venetia Bay is seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at our Assisted Living Facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and safety of our facility, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems

- Assist in the upkeep of the building, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the facility operates smoothly
