What You’ll Do
Operate and maintain offset printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products.
Review job tickets, materials, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
Set up and adjust sheet-fed presses to achieve make-ready, run speed, and quality goals.
Monitor and match colors, proofs, and impositions throughout press runs.
Troubleshoot routine printing and mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance as needed.
Direct and support press crew activities to meet production schedules.
Accurately record materials, run times, and maintenance in MIS systems.
Follow all safety standards, quality procedures, and ISO requirements.
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years’ experience operating an offset press, or 4+ years as an offset press associate.
Knowledge of multi-color offset printing and pressroom tools (micrometers, refractometers, torque wrenches).
Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform troubleshooting and maintenance.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with MIS systems.
