POSITION SUMMARY

As a Parts Coordinator you will be responsible for providing materials and information needed to complete jobs on time. We are looking for a high-performing flexible team member who is willing to work with less structure and is willing to change the schedule as needed to execute to the requirements of the business and utilize available equipment resources. 

Hours: M-F 5 AM - 1 PM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize paperwork, labels, and parts per job
• Assist in moving parts to other departments
• Locating stock parts using Microsoft AX
• Monitor jobs flowing through the shop
• Key product using Microsoft AX

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED preferred 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of workflow and works center

The target hourly range is $19.00 - $21.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
