What You’ll Do Here
As a Material Handler, you’ll be responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and organization of materials within our warehouse and production areas. You’ll ensure components, raw goods, and finished products are staged, tracked, and transferred accurately so production lines can run smoothly. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining safety, accuracy, and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.

In addition, you’ll:

• Transfer all materials to designated storage locations and stage components for production runs.

• Deliver bottles, jars, caps, labels, cartons, and other materials to production lines, returning unused items to stock when runs are complete.

• Accurately record transactions in Process Pro and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Wrap and transfer finished goods pallets to designated storage areas and prepare shipments to the Waterbury facility.

• Inspect incoming materials, verify part numbers, and report discrepancies.

• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and assist in breaking down cardboard and packaging materials.

• Operate forklifts, dollies, and other equipment safely (training and certification provided).

• Communicate regularly with Line Leads and the Shipping Manager to ensure production and shipping goals are met.

Qualifications for a Material Handler

• High School Diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or production experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and up to 75 lbs with assistance.

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and move materials throughout the shift.

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy in all tasks.

• Experience working in environments with allergens is a plus.
