Hybrid Twos Preschool Assistant bei CrossLife Church

First Years Preschool is seeking assistant applicants for the Monday-Tuesday, Monday-Wednesday, and Wednesday-Friday Twos classes.  This assistant will be responsible for working with 2-year-old children.  They must be a spiritually committed believer possessing active Christian traits and values and possess a high school diploma.  Experience working with children in a childcare setting is preferred.

Job duties include the following:

• Assist teaching staff with instructional tasks.
• Assist students individually or in groups to present or reinforce learning concepts.
• Provide guidance and supervision for children in conjunction with teachers or independently in the classroom or on school grounds.
• Greet children and parents upon their arrival and departure from school.
• Assist in the daily general cleanup of activity areas. 
• Carry out discipline in a productive, Christian manner according to documented procedures.
• Attending monthly staff meetings and other called meetings to coordinate program activities.
• Continue professional development through attendance at in-service training programs.
• Diaper changing.
