Bakery Barn is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping distribution running smoothly by managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, and supporting supply chain and logistics operations.

We’re seeking someone who thrives on organization, has a solid understanding of supplier and category management, and can communicate effectively across teams to keep operations moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and monitor accurate inventory levels across multiple product categories.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Partner with suppliers to manage stock levels and trigger reorders when needed.
• Use inventory management systems (preferably NetSuite) to track handling and logistics.
• Collect and analyze data on inventory turnover, demand forecasting, and supply chain performance.
• Provide insights to the materials buyer on stock availability and product performance.
• Support distribution center operations by organizing materials for efficient flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in supplier management, logistics, or supply chain operations (preferred).
• Familiarity with category management principles (a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems; NetSuite experience required (3+ years).
• Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in materials handling or distribution center operations (preferred).
