Position Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain Management, the Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data across systems and databases that support supply chain and business operations. This role ensures data integrity, supports reporting and analytics, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and improve decision-making. This role is essential for maintaining efficiency and accuracy across procurement, inventory, and distribution processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer and vendor master data records in ERP and supply chain systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across platforms.
- Track and report on aged purchase orders.
- Support sourcing activities by gathering quotes.
- Monitor procurement (P2P) data flows and troubleshoot discrepancies or errors through ESKER
- Maintain and update parts master data in the ERP system, including descriptions, classifications, units of measure and vendor information.
- Support data entry, cleansing, and validation processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic needs.
- Document data management procedures and maintain data.
- Assist in system upgrades, data migrations, and integration projects.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data administration, preferably in supply chain or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
