As Director of Nursing - DON (RN - Registered Nurse), you will:
* Develop and maintain nursing service goals and standards of practice
* Participate in nursing department staffing (recruit, select, assign, orient, in-service, supervise, evaluate, retain, terminate)
* Collaborate with the Administrator and Center leadership to meet Center goals
* Coordinates nursing services with other services such as medical, rehabilitation, social services, and activities
* Administer and evaluate all nursing service programs to maintain standards of patient care

 

Qualifications for Director of Nursing - DON (RN - Registered Nurse):
* Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
* Current CPR Certification
* Five years' experience in a nursing leadership role
* Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience (preferred)
