Hybrid Marketplace Manager bei 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC

Position Summary:

The Marketplace Manager is a role that will help manage, maintain, market and support the various Marketplace channels including Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Target and launching new marketplaces. This role will need to be well versed in the nuances of each marketplace and have a thorough understanding of the strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of current marketplaces
• Responsible for the addition of new marketplaces by managing all aspects of the cross functional support needed for launch
• Manage day to Day Marketing within each Marketplace portal.
• Oversees team responsible for Channel item set up and transmission
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement
• Responsible for ad optimization and tracking
• Oversees the customer service process, handling requests and communication for assigned channels
• Work directly with Purchasing to ensure inventory levels are maintained for assigned channels
• Pull weekly reporting to provide to Team including Sales Analysis
• Assist in competitive analysis to provide insight to Director on specific channels
• Assist in product analysis and make recommendations based on insights and strategy provided by Director to identify gaps and opportunities for channel assortments
