Hybrid Gift Shop Cashier Clerk bei Graton Resort and Casino

Position Summary:

Promptly and courteously assist guests in making purchases in a clean and attractive environment. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Functions:

1. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's
Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times.
2. Approach guests with a friendly greeting and a pleasant smile in a timely manner.
3. Accurately handle all money and credit card transactions.
4. Maintain on a daily basis the cleanliness of all the merchandise and the physical property of the gift shop.
5. Unpack, mark and stock merchandise on a daily basis.
6. Ensure that the gift shop is a safe environment for guests and staff.
7. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
8. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
