About the Position

Flinders University is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the modernisation, digitisation, and strategic development of the Flinders University Psychology Clinic (FUPC). In this high-impact role, you will contribute to the clinic’s service expansion, operational efficiency, and the delivery of key initiatives.

As a Project Officer, key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the digitisation of clinic records, governance documentation, and student-facing materials.
  • Supporting the development of FUPC communications, marketing, and funding proposals.
  • Maintaining project documentation, tracking deliverables, and supporting stakeholder engagement.

About You
You are a proactive, organised, and collaborative professional with experience in project coordination and administrative support in a clinical, health, or higher education setting. You have strong digital literacy and excellent communication skills, and you are motivated to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Experience managing digital content and records, and proficiency with platforms such as SharePoint.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and reporting skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
