Salary Range: $97,900 - $138,600

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
· Manage and oversee the site’s Production Supervisors and all the work on the production floor.
· Coordinate the activities of the different teams to accomplish the established production and safety goals.
· Manage and inspect the plant’s output to ensure quality and accuracy. Work with production supervisors to correct any deficiencies.
· Oversee the time and production records.
· Assist the production supervisors in estimating production material needs and inventory management.
· Maintain responsibility for (1) the adherence to all company safety policies and (2) the enforcement all safety regulations with a goal of zero incidents.
· Act as a liaison between the production team and upper management.
· Collaborate with the production supervisors and upper management to identify and implement ways to improve production and safety.
· Help to mediate and resolve personnel conflicts within the plant.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
