Rogue Community Health (RCH) is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our organization. Our CFO will lead five Mission driven and highly skilled departments.

Our next CFO will lead foundational administrative areas within RCH – Accounting, Revenue, Compliance, Data Analytics, and Innovations.  

As an Executive Team Member, this role requires collaborative and dynamic skills in the areas of: 

  • Executive Team collaboration. 
  • Engagement with, and monthly reporting to, a Board of Directors. 
  • Stellar communication threads between departments, within teams, and individually.
  • Strategic and forward-thinking leadership. 
  • Program and project development. 
  • Responsible financial planning and forecasting.
  • Financial, operational, and legal compliance.
  • Leveraging data to advocate for, and enhance, organizational operations. 
  • Ensuring overall financial sustainability internally, as well as continuing company legacy.
  • Policy and procedure creation and adherence. 

Our next CFO will ensure strategic clarity and Mission alignment; develop integrated organizational plans; lead transformational change; foster community awareness; represent our organization both internally and externally; prioritize initiatives; allocate resources efficiently;  promote a “one team” culture; foster an environment of continuous development, growth, and improvement; and travel to and explore resources locally, within the State of Oregon, and nationally.

Experience: Minimum 10 years’ demonstrating progressively more responsible senior level experience in healthcare finance. Five (5) years’ accounting in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or non-profit community health organization desirable. Experience managing finance (accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting) for a complex nonprofit with multiple funding sources including government (Federal, State and County) contracts. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.  MBA from an accredited university preferred. CPA desirable.

Other:

This position will require travel both locally and nationally.
