Job Title: Women's Soccer Coach
Responsibilities:
- Lead team practices, drills, and games in a positive and motivating environment.
- Develop team strategies, ensuring player development and overall team success.
- Create a fun and supportive team culture while emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Manage game day logistics, including warm-ups, in-game coaching, and player substitutions.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during practices and games.
- Provide feedback and constructive criticism to help players improve their skills.
Qualifications:
- Prior coaching experience
- Strong understanding of the game and the ability to teach the fundamentals to beginners and advanced players.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for working with women and creating an inclusive, empowering sports environment.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of athletes.
- Ability to obtain a Department of Safety IVP card and CPR required
