Overview
The Business Operations Intern position is a part-time, non-exempt position. This role will be responsible for supporting Business Operations including Business Development, Human Resources and Contracts.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support including data entry, filing, creating, and organizing electronic documents.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic internal compliance checks of HR records.
- Participate in the development and execution of the HR Communication Plan.
- Support the development and/or enhancement of HR policies, procedures, forms, etc.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events.
- General contract support including project set up, interfacing with customers, assist with weekly deliverables.
- Participate in the development and execution of marketing materials and communications.
- Support the development of proposal, RFI and white paper responses.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events.
- General contract support including project set up, interfacing with customers, assist with weekly deliverables.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate training materials.
- Identify and document capture opportunities.
- Performs other duties and tasks as required.
Skills and Competencies
- BS degree in Business Administration or Business Management
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
- Strong and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
