Red Pepper Software is seeking an Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has excellent organizational and communication skills, someone who can build strong, lasting relationships with clients, and who is a creative and analytical problem-solver. At Red Pepper Software we develop custom software on many platforms for many clients, but it is all web and mobile-based development--we are passionate about building what matters. We also partner with technology companies by providing implementation and integration services to their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as main point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project to completion
- Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work
- Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment
- Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through phone and email
- Create project plans and budget updates
- Understanding the nature of each client's business
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Experience driving implementations
- Experience configuring software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, dependable, and able to meet deadlines with a high level of autonomy and accountability
- Excellent follow up skills
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
- Comfortable learning new technologies
- Proficient on a computer
