At Epos Now, we’re on the lookout for a Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to own a complex revenue stream across multiple entities and play a key role in shaping our financial processes.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Own revenue reconciliation across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain automated financial processes, reducing manual workload.
  • Analyse large data sets using Power BI and provide meaningful insights to the business.
  • Ensure seamless month-end and year-end close processes, delivering accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to control costs and optimize workflows.
  • Support key finance projects that enhance processes and drive strategic decision-making.


What We’re Looking For

  • ACCA student (or equivalent) with a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • Experience in revenue reconciliations, ideally in SaaS, subscription, or tech-based businesses.
  • Proficiency with large data sets and automation tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, finance automation tools).
  • Experience working with finance platforms like Xero, NetSuite, or SAP.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across multiple teams and jurisdictions (UK, US, Spain preferred).


Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience automating revenue reconciliation processes using Salesforce, Power BI, or scripts.
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing tech or SaaS business.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of turning financial data into actionable insights.


Your Success Will Be Measured By

  • 99%+ accuracy in revenue reconciliations across all entities.
  • Timely completion of month-end close processes (all journal entries by day 5).
  • Effective cost control, ensuring minimal variance to forecasts.
