We are hiring Sales & Operation Coordinator.
JOB OVERVIEW
Performs general clerical and administrative duties to fulfill the needs of the Sales & Catering Department and assisting in meeting Sales goals and objectives.
Performing certain tasks in Operations Department (Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B Dept, Finance & Maintenance) whenever required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Respond to client calls and special requests and obtain final details, dates, times, and hotel room
and meeting room requirements. Regularly follow-up with clients and maintain accurate and
updated information.
• Quote guest room rates, meeting room rental, function space, and/or hotel services
within approved booking guidelines. Accurately produce and/or review all sales
contracts, rate agreements, and/or banquet/catering event orders.
• Establish client base of individuals, organizations, associations, social (Wedding), and/or
corporate businesses through prospecting efforts to secure business for the hotel to
ensure that catering and assigned market segments revenue goals are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with corporate social media coordinator to design and post on the hotel’s
social media accounts.
• Handle all administrative functions of the Hotel. (i.e. contract preparation, enter rooming
lists, filing, faxing, answering phone calls and inquiries, showroom co-ordination, distribution
of agreements, manage office supplies.
• Resolve requests and/or complaints to the satisfaction of the guest; inform supervisor of major
problems, complaints, disturbances or dissatisfied clients.
• Prepare sales kits and maintain collateral supplies.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent plus 1-year experience in a sales office or related field. Some College preferred. Must speak fluent English.
