The TTI Florida Office is looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Integration & Reporting Analyst III. This individual should be a professional, driven, and detail-oriented person who is looking to take on a dynamic position. This role’s primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems. In addition, you will be collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate business needs, defining technical requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Workday Studio development with a strong foundation in graphic design and user interface principles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Design and develop simple to complex interfaces and conduct unit and integration tests, using EIB, Connectors, DT, APIs, Studio - both inbound as well as outbound
- Manage system integrations within the architecture of the HR system and middleware
- Provide support for break/fix management and monitoring for integrations and reports
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation and problem resolution
- Analyze and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications
- Ensure integrations and reports function as designed based on functional and technical requirements
- Understand and follow defined development standards and best practices
- Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards, Data Governance and ensure attention to data quality
- Review reports and integrations for any impacts of functional changes in the system
- Evaluate and review reports and integrations performance and optimize as necessary for optimal system
- Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports, including advanced, indexed, trending, matrix and composite reports, utilizing Workday Report Writer
- Develop and maintain BIRT layouts using Report Designer
- Deliver meaningful metrics, trends and analytical insights via Workday reporting and dashboards
- Analyze, design and build new custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality (ex: Report Writer, Calculated Fields)
- Provide analysis of impacts to reporting and integrations based on new releases or updates to system functionality and recommend/apply changes

Position can be remote or in-office depending on the candidate’s living location. Office is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Job / Employment Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in working on Workday integrations
- Certifications in relevant technologies, such as Workday Pro Integration Certification, are a plus.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields)
- Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)
- Strong technical experience with XML and XSLT/XTT/ETV
- Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and Connectors)
- Ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements
- Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data
- Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow up and resolution
- Understand basic WD data architecture, functional interactions, and recognize and understand impacts to downstream systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Understand WD security architecture and the way to secure the data for integrations and reports
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Exempt Position
- The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000
