As trusted partners to our clients, we eliminate data chaos and deliver the intelligence needed to succeed and grow in the dynamic FAFH industry.The Director of Professional Services sets the strategic direction and leads execution for Tibersoft’s Professional Services (PS) organization. This leader will champion a culture of proactivity, insight generation, and client impact — moving the team beyond data management into a high-value consulting mindset. This role is responsible for scaling delivery, maturing service offerings, identifying back-to-base selling opportunities, developing talent, and driving client success metrics like adoption, time-to-value, and renewals. It is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, translating data into insights, and driving client impact through high-touch, proactive engagement.
This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to advance client and company goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Service Innovation
- Own and evolve Tibersoft’s service delivery strategy, ensuring it aligns with our go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
- Drive the continued maturation of Professional Services from tactical support to strategic advisory, with a focus on insights, automation, and business impact.
- Expand service offerings (consulting, training, innovation delivery) across market segments and account maturity levels.
- Define and track KPIs that reflect client value and internal efficiency (e.g., adoption, data trust, time-to-value, Core Ratio).
- Client Delivery & Project Oversight
- Ensure services are delivered on time, on spec, and under budget through structured project management and proactive risk mitigation.
- Guide the team to identify client pain points and proactively propose solutions that align to business goals.
- Support high-value engagements and escalations, serving as an executive sponsor where needed.
- Deliver exceptional, responsive support that builds trust and deepens relationships across all levels of the client organization.
Team Development & Culture
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing PS team with a bias for action, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
- Foster a proactive leader mindset across the team — coaching team members to take initiative, own their accounts, and elevate conversations.
- Develop each team member according to their individual development plan, with a strong emphasis on coaching, skills growth, and leadership readiness.
- Assess skills and capacity to ensure coverage for core delivery while making space for innovation, personal development, and strategic growth.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Product and Sales to ensure tight alignment between roadmap, services, and client needs.
- Partner with Marketing to spotlight client outcomes and fuel B2B growth through testimonials, insights, and case studies.
- Represent the voice of the client in internal discussions; advocate for continuous improvement in product, data, and experience.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Client Success, or consulting in a SaaS or data-centric business. Or 8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Trade, Sales Ops, or Finance at a Food Away from Home manufacturer.
- Proven ability to lead and scale service delivery organizations, ideally in high-growth or transformational environments.
- Strong financial acumen and comfort with KPIs like Core Ratio, utilization, adoption, and BQR.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage clients, coach staff, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Adept at balancing strategic thinking with operational rigor.
- Naturally curious, resourceful, and energized by solving ambiguous problems and uncovering new opportunities.
