We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our team at our Corporate office. This is a fully onsite position—remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available. The Junior Pricing Analyst is an entry-level role within NOVA’s Capital Markets Department, responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity of loan parameters, as well as verifying pricing and eligibility requirements for loan products. This position requires strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment. With limited to moderate decision-making authority, the Junior Pricing Analyst will work independently while receiving guidance and support from the supervisor and Senior Pricing Analysts to resolve issues and complete tasks effectively.

- High school diploma or GED is required.
- One year of customer service experience.
- One year of bank teller experience is preferred.
- One year of experience in the mortgage industry is preferred.

- Facilitate the processing and confirmation of new locks submitted to the Lock Desk.
- Validate the accuracy of incoming lock requests, identify incomplete submissions, and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with basic email requests related to maintaining locked loans.
- Track locked loans and monitor expiration dates to ensure timely processing.
- Communicate with Loan Officers and secondary marketing to resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Identify potential pricing risks and escalate issues to senior team members.
- Assist in implementing pricing adjustments based on market fluctuations.
- Ensure pricing changes are accurately documented and comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing changes and lock confirmations.
- Provide pricing support to Loan Officers and branch staff regarding rate sheets and pricing scenarios.
- Respond to inquiries related to pricing discrepancies, lock requests, and eligibility requirements.
- Utilize LOS (Loan Origination System) and secondary marketing software to input and verify data.
- Assist in testing and updating pricing models within the system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
