Hybrid Quality Assurance Technician (Buford, GA, US, 30518) bei Carcoustics

Job Objective

Continuous improvement of quality performance on plant level, supporting operational areas with the application of internal and customer specific requirements.

Description Of Main Tasks

• Proceeding of internal product- and process audits and re-qualification, as well as follow up of corrective actions.
• Systematic monitoring of operational quality performance and proceeding of QIP's (Quality Improvement Projects).
• Planning and proceeding of incoming inspections.
• Claim management with customer and suppliers, using internal and customer specific standards (e.g. customer portals).
• Control and evaluation of measuring equipment (calibration, MSA, etc.).
• Implementation of customer specific requirements within the quality documentation, as well as creation and updating of control plans and checking inspections.
• Collaboration within FMEA'S, as well development, definition and control of critical/significant or important characteristics and definition of statistical methods (SPC, cpk, etc).

Additional Tasks

• Specific knowledge of application of customer specific requirements according to document (CSR Matrix), related to the specific function, customer or project.

Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Ready to use knowledge in process management, even beyond the area of responsibility.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic user skills in SAP, advanced in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge regarding Quality Management System such as IATF 16949.
• Knowledge in certification and systems.
• English language on B1-B2 level (advanced- independent usage of language; is able to communicate spontaneously and fluently).
• Local language on B1-B2 level (advanced- independent usage of language; is able to communicate spontaneously and fluently).
