As a Property Maintenance Technician II at Pathfinder, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our facilities, vehicles, and homes, ensuring that the individuals we serve and our staff can live and work in well-kept, efficient environments.
As a Property Maintenance Technician II at Pathfinder, You Will:
Maintenance & Repair
- Complete general maintenance tasks and repairs as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Demonstrate high-quality workmanship while maintaining all Pathfinder buildings and homes
- Observe and report repair needs proactively across multiple properties
Equipment & Vehicle Upkeep
- Support the upkeep and maintenance of Pathfinder vehicles
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are safe and operational
Documentation & Communication
- Submit timecards and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, contractors, and individuals supported
Emergency Response
- Participate in the 24-hour emergency maintenance rotation and respond as needed
Support & Oversight
- Assist with contractor coordination, including monitoring work and collecting bids

Requirements
Preferred Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Basic verbal, written, and computer skills necessary for communication and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work alongside people with disabilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed.
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and safe driving record.
- Practical knowledge of building maintenance and construction.
- Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language.
