Arts Programs Manager
Reports to: Director of Arts
Exempt/12-months/40 hours a week minimum
The Arts Programs Manager at Mount Paran Christian School is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the school’s arts programs—including music, drama, visual arts, and dance—while integrating Christian values and the school’s mission throughout all activities. The role ensures that arts education is not only of high quality but also fosters students’ God-given talents and spiritual growth.

Other Responsibilities
- Box Office & Ticketing Management
- Manage and staff ticketing and box office operations for all Arts Department performances.
- Ensure efficient, guest-friendly systems for ticket sales, distribution, and event-day service.
- Marketing & Donor Partnership
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to design and produce professional programs for theatre, visual arts, dance, band, chorus, orchestra, and summer camps.
- Support donor benefit fulfillment for performances and special events.
- Financial & Billing Oversight
- Administer student billing for performing arts fees, field trips, player packs, and related costs.
- Partner with the Arts Director to manage MAC, Arts, and MAA budgets with accuracy and stewardship.
- Departmental Project Management
- Support directors of each discipline to meet deadlines, maintain quality, and achieve program goals.
- Serve as the central coordinator for Arts Department initiatives, transforming the Arts Director’s vision into actionable plans.
- Facility Coordination
- Work with the School Events Manager to coordinate and manage use of MAC facilities.
- Support facility usage for all curricular and extra-curricular spaces in the MAC.
- Coordinate with Operations for any facility needs.
