What a Typical Day Could Look Like As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of dynamic multifamily rehab and construction projects, working with top teams and contractors to bring bold ideas to life. You’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and wow our clients—making a real impact every day. Reporting to the Director of Construction Services, this is your chance to lead exciting projects and be part of something truly rewarding!
You are the Financial Operations Expert!
- Own the contractor bid process alongside the Director of CS, ensuring every project kicks off with precision and clarity.
- Be the financial genius behind the scenes, processing contractor invoices, managing construction draw submittals, and handling staff expenses, keeping everything on track!
You are the Quality and Reporting Specialist!
- Take charge of crafting monthly project reports, tracking progress, and keeping everything on course.
- Drive excellence by evaluating project quality and offering valuable recommendations!
You are the Process Improvement Champion!
- Get creative! You will create innovative tools that charge staff efficiency and elevate team performance to new heights.
- Team up with department leaders, overseeing and refining current and upcoming projects. You will contribute to outstanding results every step of the way!

Requirements
Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, residential or commercial real estate, or project coordination required.
- Must have strong experience in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet programs.
- Proficient with accounts receivable/accounts payable.
