What You’ll Do


As a Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers bring their home dreams to life. Using your positive energy, product knowledge, and communication skills, you’ll deliver an outstanding shopping experience from the moment they walk in the door to final delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide customers through our showroom and website to find the perfect solutions for their home
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored recommendations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
  • Drive sales by meeting and exceeding personal and team goals
  • Follow up on open quotes and orders to ensure a smooth delivery experience
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and creativity
  • Stay organized with scheduling, order tracking, and customer communication
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Customer service and people skills, selling to customer needs
  • Product knowledge. General math skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, listening and leadership skills
  • Initiative to meet assigned sales goals, missions and objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport
