As Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.
Your new responsibilities
Job Summary: ams Osram Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for an organization with the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Track Recruiting KPIs and benchmarks.
- Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Perform initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers, gather feedback, and facilitate decision-making.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, and negotiate terms as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- Keep abreast of the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver technical and soft skills training
- Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by integrating LEAN principles into training processes
- Maintain training records and prepare reports for HR and leadership.
- All other duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
- Lean Admin Experience, manufacturing a plus
- Curriculum design
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning, Organizational Development or related field preferred
- Leadership experience
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and familiarity with HR databases and management systems.
- Highly influential with a collaborative approach
- Ability to deliver engaging learning experiences through a variety of methods, strong presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
