MidPlaza Holding is seeking a talented Recruiters. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring candidates onboarding process going smoothly. You will play a crucial role in identifying top talent and ensuring an efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting full-cycle of recruitment process , from sourcing to offering process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
  • Create talent pipeline to enlarge company talent pool by using networks and other recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, includes but not limited to building relationships with universities or academic institutions, if necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS system.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Involved in employer branding initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Self-starter, able to work in a team or individually.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge in recruitment software.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Willing to travel, as necessary.
