Your Role

As a Sales Development Advisor, you are the first line of support for our UK customers. You combine customer-centric service with a proactive sales drive, helping customers find the right solutions while developing long-term relationships.

You will:

  • Handle a variety of customer questions and requests quickly and professionally

  • Provide high-quality, customer-focused service that contributes to retention and satisfaction

  • Actively engage with existing and potential customers (no cold calling – often there is already a connection)

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow customer accounts

  • Follow up on your own customer portfolio, ensuring development before transferring accounts to Customer Care

  • Contribute to sales objectives through proactive prospecting and participation in marketing campaigns

  • Participate in sales-related projects (e.g., CX ambassadorship, market initiatives)

  • Register and manage customer data and documentation in Salesforce

  • Analyse customer insights and sales data to detect new opportunities

  • Occasionally welcome customers at the office or attend trade fairs/events

Your Profile

  • A proactive and curious mindset: you don’t just wait for work to come to you, you take initiative

  • Strong communication skills: polite, customer-oriented, yet assertive when needed

  • Driven by results, eager to build and maintain customer relationships

  • A natural problem solver who dares to ask questions and dig deeper

  • Languages:

    • English: excellent written and spoken level (essential)

    • Dutch: nice to have, but not required

  • Experience with the UK market is not necessary – the approach is similar to our BE operations

  • Sales experience is a plus, but motivation and drive are most important – school leavers are welcome
